Employee Giving
Support with workplace gift matching
Did you know that many companies give employees the opportunity to support our work and will match your donation?
Many employers have matching gift programs as part of their foundation or philanthropy initiatives. When an employee donates to a non-profit organization, some employers make a successive contribution to the organization, most often dollar for dollar. Companies will sometimes also match donations made by spouses, retirees, and board members.
Matching gifts are tax-deductible for company and individual donations.
Your are an employee | You can request a matching gift from your employer online, by email, or via payroll giving by following the below instructions. You are an employer | A workplace giving campaign is an easy way for your company’s employees to join forces with the Global Business Coalition for Education. With matching gifts, your company can double (or even triple) the impact of your employees’ support and show that your company is committed to ending the global education crisis and unleashing the potential of the next generation. |
How to do it?
To make a gift-matching donation online, enter your employer’s name in the search box to see if your company will match your gift.
Many companies will also let you set up automatic, tax-deductible donations from your paycheck. Ask your company’s human resources department how you can support our work through payroll deductions.
